There are no “only good” choices:

Every food you eat, every action you take, and every thought or emotion you have contributes to the increased health, wellness, and thriving in some area of your body and if done in excess can also prevent you from moving away from dis-ease in others.


It is not all or nothing:

I have never found the “all or nothing” approach to be effective for my clients long term. The stress and anxiety of trying to eat all the right foods and do all the right things ALWAYS far outweighs the benefit of actually doing so. In short, the best results come from making more “good” choices and fewer “bad” choices and learning to experience joy in whatever changes you are ready to make.

My advice to you is that you non-judgementally recognize areas in your life that are contributing to your state of dis-ease and make the changes that you are willing to. Let go of judging yourself for changes you are not ready to make yet. Remember that more good and less bad = progress!


The right treatment at the right time:

Almost every dis-ease or symptom can be caused by either a deficiency (body needs something) or an excess (the body has too much of something.) The treatment is different depending on why you personally are struggling and what phase your body is in. What worked before may not work in the future, and what didn’t work in the past may work now. Learning WHEN to treat your body is just as important and learning HOW to treat your body. Recognizing the phases in yourself is of incredible importance in your own life, you can learn the basics under “Recognizing the Phases in Yourself” and the specifics under “Pick Your Struggle.” See you there!
