Each of these “therapies” deserve their own page (which they have); however I will simplify them here.

Getting to the root of the problem:

While there are a seemingly endless number of ways that someone can suffer; the vast majority boil down to 3 major themes.

  1. The “little old me in a big old world syndrome” described in the previous page.
  2. Trying to control our experience is exhausting, stressful, and often fails to meet our desires or expectations.
    • We could also say rather than “control” our experience we “resist” our experience as it is. Always trying to get more of X and less of Y.
  3. Many of us are in constant fear, worry, doubt, etc. about something going “wrong”. We could call this the “what if” game. At the root of this game is often a deeply held belief or feeling that “I won’t be ok if…” or “my okayness is dependent on…”

These 3 major themes often lead to:

  • A lack of feeling content or fullfilled. In many cases there may even a lack of genuine joy and laughter!
  • Chronic conscious or subconscious stress and strain leading to anxiety, depression, and dis-ease
  • A great inabilty to TRUST life and act naturally. (That is) to act out of love and a non-selfish desire to share or express yourself in your own unique way.
This isn’t your natural state:

The great news is that while these 3 themes are very common they aren’t actually your natural state. It actually takes a great deal of energy to try and maintain this un-natural state and it is in my experience the #1 reason for chronic fatigue.

These 3 therapies are very effective in getting to the root of the problem.


Life Coaching and Meditation Sessions:

  • 60 Minute Zoom Session 1 on 1
  • Each session is custom tailored to the individual as well as to the specific struggles you are facing at the time.
  • Additionally you will have access to “restricted” pages/posts on the blog (when available) that cover concepts that were worked on during your session. This is not intended as a means of “hiding the good stuff” but rather as a safety precaution. The deeper or more nuanced a teaching becomes the more potential there is for misunderstanding and potential harm if not taught with clarity.

Cost: $95.00

Life Coaching and Meditation Sessions: (2 Options)

What you get (in person): (Option 1)

  • 75 Minute Face to Face Session 1 on 1
  • Each session is custom tailored to the individual as well as to the specific struggles you are facing at the time.
  • Additionally you will have access to “restricted” pages/posts on the blog (when available) that cover concepts that were worked on during your session. This is not intended as a means of “hiding the good stuff” but rather as a safety precaution. The deeper or more nuanced a teaching becomes the more potential there is for misunderstanding and potential harm if not taught with clarity.
  • Herbs to facilitate the process (especially effective for anxiety and depression) will be offered at no additional cost in cases where the appointments are made adapted to accommodate the needed time to fill the formulas.
