How do You Know if You Have Un-digested Emotions:
Everyone has some un-digested emotions however there are some general signs that usually show that you have a lot of un-digested emotions.
- If you are struggling with chronic “symptoms” that are not responding to therapy
- If your symptoms increase under times of stress
- If you tend to swing between “I feel great” and “I feel awful” with not a whole lot in-between
- If you struggle with chronic fatigue
- If you struggle with fatigue after eating or struggle with chronic digestive symptoms such as indigestion, bloating, constipation, diarhea, or a “nervous stomach”
- If you find yourself to generally be “moody,” getting stuck in an emotion for large parts of the day
- If you find yourself easily “triggered” by events in life
- If you struggle with anxiety or depression
- Perhaps the most obvious sign is a lack of zest for life, the more emotions you digest the more ALIVE you feel. If you feel like your “faking it” or just “making it through life” chances are high there is a pile of undigested emotions just waiting to be integrated!
