If you are here then you are part of the growing 15% of the population looking for relief from chronic pain, and I am here to help.

Let’s talk about it. “One symptom, one cause. Most of western medicine is predicated on the idea that if you boil it all down there is 1 culprit who is the source of the problem. Eliminate that source and the problem disappears. (This is called Reductionism) Then, of course, there is real life. Seldom is there 1 cause for anything’ (Will, Nelson 2005)

Corrective Exercises:

After years of suffering from my own personal health crisis, struggling to get from day to day, even being bedridden for over a year and to have successfully come through the other side has made me a firm believer that there is no single cause for chronic symptoms.

On this blog you will find a wide range of guidance focused on moving you towards a life of thriving physically with minimal to no chronic pain. This blog is NOT designed to replace 1 on 1 care, pain is complex and should be conducted on a personal level. Instead this program is designed to fill in the very important gaps in your care which is getting YOU involved.

The corrective movements you will find here can be used after surgery (assuming you have already been discharged from physical therapy and cleared by your doctor), they can be used to prevent or delay surgery, they can be used to eliminate chronic pain, and even to help you maintain a healthy level of activity regardless of your age.

You are never too far gone to begin again.

Me 🙂

The past habit of continuing to rely entirely on quick fixes which would include any type of passive therapy such as drugs, chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, surgery and any others has led to quickly breaking down the system. You should never be totally reliant on passive care (someone else) it’s expensive and the worse the foundation gets the more expensive it becomes, PLUS it’s demoralizing to have no ability to help yourself (speaking from personal experience).
