“Understanding the value of time is understanding the true essence of life”

Essence: What Is It, And Why Is It Important?
This is our deepest level of physical material. It is what allows us to challenge and push ourselves. It is essentially the reserve of energy that we pull from when our lives or our bodies require us to use more energy then we created that day.
Things like emotional stress, overthinking, and overworking all drain energy from this essential reserve.
This reserve allows you to continue to thrive during periods in your life when you are using more energy than you are creating. When it begins to run dry your body has to start sacrificing health in some areas to compensate for others.
The “Savings Account” of Life:
Think of it like a savings account. In an ideal world you would create more energy everyday than you would use for your days activities, this would allow you to end each day with a surplus. Each day you get to add a little bit to your savings account.
In real life though we often burn through more energy than we produce and find ourselves “withdrawing” from our savings account.
When you run out of savings you begin to accumulate “health debt”. Essencially a “backlog” of things that need to be done to maintain a thriving life.
Your body starts putting things on hold that it had plans to do such as maintainance or other plans in the same way that you might put saving for retirement or going on vacation on hold. The longer this continues the more “debt” the body collects and problems start to pile up creating symptoms and disease.
What happens when my savings starts to dry up?
This savings is vitally important. If you don’t have a surplus, then on days where you are under higher stress, being more physically active, not eating as well etc. you would become symptomatic or lack the energy and mental drive to continue pursuing your passions.
This is what I see with many people I meet, they feel good only when they follow a strict routine. They eat all the right food at the right time, they get a specific amount of rest everynight, they walk every morning etc.
However when life gets in the way of their routine and they start eating in a hurry, they get less rest, they are stuck at the office etc. they start to feel sick again.
This isn’t a life of thriving, this is a life of limitations!
Maintaining your Savings Account:
It takes time to drain this account and equally it is not something you can replenish by taking a 10 day vacation where you rush from place to place and thing to thing.
You are born with a predetermined “size” of the container, this is your constitution and is determined by the health of your parents, the health of the pregnancy, and the state of your birth.
The “size” of the container gets gradually smaller as you age meaning you cannot draw from it for as long at 90 years old as you could at 18 years old but you can still fill it up to the “max fill line” at anytime in life.
